Welcome to Winsome (“we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Winsome mobile application (“App”).

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide

Name and email address — when you sign in with Google.
Wins — the daily wins you log inside the App (text and category).

b) Information collected automatically

Usage data — basic app activity such as when you open the app or log a win. This is used solely to provide the service.
Device information — operating system and app version, used for debugging and compatibility.

We do not collect location data, contacts, camera, microphone, or any sensitive device information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

Provide and operate the Winsome app and its features.
Save and sync your wins across sessions via our backend (Supabase).
Send optional daily reminder notifications if you enable them.
Improve app performance and fix bugs.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transfers.
Row-level security on our database so you can only access your own data.
No storage of passwords — authentication is handled entirely by Google.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen inside the App. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

7. Children’s Privacy

Winsome is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you.
Delete your account and all data via the Profile screen.
Opt out of notifications at any time via device settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
